No BS Brew Company specializes in crafting fine beer, with two distinct locations to provide customers with an inviting and enjoyable experience. Our main manufacturing facility, featuring a tasting room and a serene beer garden, is situated near the picturesque North End of Conesus Lake at 3474 Bronson Hill Rd., Livonia, NY. Here, visitors can sample our diverse lineup of brews while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

Our second location, a newly opened tasting room, resides in the vibrant village of Victor, NY, at 49 West Main St. This location is designed to enhance the community's appreciation for craft beer while serving as a gathering spot for friends and family.

SELTZER

RASPBERRY HARD SELTZER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A craft brewed hard seltzer featuring 20lbs of red raspberries for a crisp and refreshing flavor and it’s 100% gluten free! 5.3% ABV.

ALE

NORTH END CREAM ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This style is widely variable and open to the brewer’s interpretation. Our Cream Ale features a medium body and caramel color. It is sweet with just a slight hop finish. 5.1% ABV and 23 IBUs.

IRISH RED ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a refreshing ale with a subtle red hue. It has slight malty sweetness, subtle toasted malt flavors and very little hop bitterness. It is very drinkable at 6.0% ABV and 17 IBU’s.

BANANA KIWI SUMMER ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A unique blend of fresh bananas and ripe kiwis that lend toward a rich refreshing tropical ale that is light and refreshing. 5.2% ABV and 22 IBU’s

ORANGE CREAMSICLE ALE (VICTOR)

Aged on freshly peeled oranges and infused with vanilla beans, this beer has a light body and a refreshing finish. Just a touch of lactose. 5.3% ABV and 24 IBU’s

BROWN ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

Our brown recipe is a timeless classic. Subtle malty backbone with notes of chocolate and toffee. 5.3% ABV and 27 IBU’s

JAMAICAN ME HAPPY CREAM ALE (LIVONIA)

This cream ale features a medium body, caramel color and is very sweet with just a slight hop finish that is complimented by Evening Star Roaster’s “Jamaican Me Happy” infused roast that is cold brewed in the beer. 5.1% ABV and 23 IBU’s

BELGIAN BLONDE STRONG ALE (LIVONIA)

This is our newest creation, smooth, light, interesting. The beauty of this receipt is the Belgian yeast strain and the best sugar used to increase the ABV and flavor the beer. 6.9% ABV and 33 IBU’s

RASPBERRY KUMQUAT SUMMER ALE (VICTOR)

A refreshing fruity blend of raspberries and kumquats infused into a light and refreshing summer ale. 5.2% ABV

“WHEN PUMPKINS ATTACK” ALE (LIVONIA)

Featuring our light ale infused with pumpkin spice. 5.8% ABV and 27IBU’s

STRAWBERRY PB&J CREAM ALE (LIVONIA)

CHERRY RASPBERRY COBBLER SOUR (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A blend of cherries, raspberries and granola infused into our classic sour beer. Contains a touch of lactose. 5.8% ABV and 17 IBUs.

GOSE

PICKLE FEST GOSE (LIVONIA)

Brewed to celebrate our 2nd annual Pickle Fest, this beer is dill pickle forward with a subtle saline finish. Light and refreshing. 5.6% ABV and 16 IBUs.

WHEAT

LONG POINT WITBIER (coming soon to Victor)

A delicious and refreshing traditional witbier. A hazy wheat beer that is lightly infused with coriander and orange peel. 5% ABV and 18 IBU’s.

CHERRY WHEAT (VICTOR)

This is a twist on our refreshing wheat beer. Aged on tart cherries and sweet cherries, this beer is light and smooth. 5.6% ABV and 29 IBU’s.

IPA

CONESUS LAKE IPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This traditional IPA has subtle hop bittering and a big citrus finish showcasing the Citra and Azacca hops. This beer is brewed with local 2-row and honey malts and has 42 IBU’s and comes in at 6.6% ABV and 42 IBUs.

SILVERA NEIPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A New England style IPA featuring New Zealand Southern Cross hops accompanied by Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Denali hops, presents a strong citrus nose up front and finishes with an earthy pine with subtle bitterness rounded out with a light malt character. Coming in at 6.1% ABV and 61 IBU’s.

WET HOP IPA (LIVONIA)

Our new 2026 wet hop west coast IPA, brewed with cascade and chinook hops from Hopsagon in Livonia. Expect an earthy hop forward taste with subtle malt in the background.. 6.4% ABV and 45 IBU’s.

LAGER

NIAGARA HELLES LAGER (VICTOR)

A light and refreshing Helles lager that is infused with Niagara grape juice. 4.7% ABV and 18 IBU’s.

OKTOBERFEST MARZEN LAGER (LIVONIA)

A traditional styled marzen lager that has very low hop bitterness, caramel color, subtle sweetness, and a smooth malty finish. This beer was brewed to commemorate our Eighth Annual Oktoberfest celebration this September 19th!. 6.0% ABV and 15 IBU’s.

NEW ZEALAND PILSNER LAGER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a light, refreshing pilsner that showcases the citrus and floral nature of New Zealand hops. This beer is meant to be light, refreshing and very drinkable. 5.6% ABV and 27 IBU’s.

“WE THE PEOPLE” AMERICAN LAGER (LIVONIA)

This is a light, refreshing American lager that is brewed with 100% NYS grown malts, cascade, hallertau mittelfruh, and saaz hops. 5.0% ABV and 18IBU’s.
