No BS Brew Company specializes in crafting fine beer, with two distinct locations to provide customers with an inviting and enjoyable experience. Our main manufacturing facility, featuring a tasting room and a serene beer garden, is situated near the picturesque North End of Conesus Lake at 3474 Bronson Hill Rd., Livonia, NY. Here, visitors can sample our diverse lineup of brews while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

Our second location, a newly opened tasting room, resides in the vibrant village of Victor, NY, at 49 West Main St. This location is designed to enhance the community's appreciation for craft beer while serving as a gathering spot for friends and family.

SELTZER

RASPBERRY HARD SELTZER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A craft brewed hard seltzer featuring 20 lbs of red raspberries for a crisp and refreshing flavor and it’s 100% gluten free! 5.3% ABV.

ALE

NORTH END CREAM ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This style is widely variable and open to the brewer’s interpretation. Our Cream Ale features a medium body and caramel color. It is sweet with just a slight hop finish. 5.1% ABV and 23 IBUs.

2022 NYS CRAFT BEER COMPETITION BRONZE MEDAL WINNING GROUNDS KEEPER WILLY SCOTCH ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

Featuring a unique peat smoked malt that brings this local favorite style to life with a twist! It has a malty backbone with hints of smoke and leather. It comes in at 5.6% ABV and 19 IBU’s.

IRISH RED ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a refreshing ale with a subtle red hue. It has slight malty sweetness, subtle toasted malt flavors and very little hop bitterness. It is very drinkable at 6.0% ABV and 17 IBU’s.

2024 NYSBC GOLD MEDAL WINNER - HOLIDAY ALE (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a light refreshing ale that is perfect to celebrate the holidays. Aged on maraschino cherries, fresh ground cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans, the flavor is subtle and pleasant. 5.6% ABV and 23 IBUs.

APPLE MAPLE BROWN ALE (VICTOR)

Our newest brown ale aged on hundreds of chopped apples and maple syrup for a wonderful winter treat. 6.4% ABV and 35 IBUs.

PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY CREAM ALE (LIVONIA)

Creamy peanut butter and delicious Concord grape jelly make this beer the best sandwich that you don’t have to chew! 6.1% ABV and 23 IBUs.

KOLSCH

BANANA TANGERINE KOLSCH (VICTOR)

Our latest creation featuring bananas and tangerines in a light bodied, refreshing beer. 5.3% ABV and 21 IBUs.

BLACK AND BLUE SOUR (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

Our twist on a classic German kettle sour featuring a traditional sour, blended with blackberries and blueberries for a refreshing, tart flavor and a beautiful purple color! 5.8% ABV and 13 IBUs.

WHEAT

RASPBERRY WHEAT (VICTOR)

This is a refreshing wheat beer aged on loads of fresh raspberries for a refreshing flavor and beautiful hue. 5.5% ABV and 29 IBUs.

BLACKBERRY WHEAT (LIVONIA)

This is a refreshing wheat beer with over 13 pounds of blackberries per barrel that impart a refreshing flavor and subtle purple hue. 5.0% ABV and 29 IBUs.

IPA

CONESUS LAKE IPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This traditional IPA has subtle hop bittering and a big citrus finish showcasing the Citra and Azacca hops. This beer is brewed with local 2-row and honey malts and has 42 IBU’s and comes in at 6.6% ABV and 42 IBUs.

SILVERA NEIPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A New England style IPA featuring New Zealand Southern Cross hops accompanied by Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Denali hops, presents a strong citrus nose up front and finishes with an earthy pine with subtle bitterness rounded out with a light malt character. Coming in at 6.1% ABV and 61 IBU’s.

BLACKBERRY TITANIUM MOONLIGHT NEIPA (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A New England style hazy IPA featuring Nelson Sauvignon hops accompanied by Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops, aged on pounds of blackberries. Contains lactose. 6.4% ABV and 33 IBU’s.

LAGER

AMERICAN LAGER (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

This is a light, refreshing American lager that is brewed with 100% NYS grown malts, cascade, hallertau mittelfruh, and saaz hops. This beer is meant to be light, refreshing and very drinkable. 5.2% ABV and 18 IBU’s.

NIAGARA HELLES LAGER (LIVONIA)

A light and refreshing Helles lager that is infused with Niagara grape juice. 4.7% ABV and 18 IBU’s.

STOUT

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT (LIVONIA)

A classic imperial stout that is dark and roasty with a malt forward flavor. Brewed with NYS malts and hops, this stout is sure to warm your evenings. Vashe Zdorov’ye! 9.3% ABV and 60 IBUs.

S’MORES STOUT (LIVONIA AND VICTOR)

A collab with our friends at Noble Shepard in Bristol. Expect sweet notes of s’mores in a rich stout. Contains lactose. 7.4% ABV and 29 IBUs.
