The cream ale style is widely variable and open to the brewer’s personal interpretation. This cream ale features a medium body, caramel color and is very sweet with just a slight hop finish.What makes this beer shine is the use of a propriety yeast strain designed specifically for cream ales. This is a unique beer and can be enjoyed by all. It comes in at 6.1% ABV with 23 IBUs.
This beer is a unique twist on one of our pilot beers, Blue Spruce ale. Stylistically it falls into the IPA category, towards the less hopped end of the spectrum. Blue spruce tips are used in the hop bittering process to create a unique, earthy flavor that shines through. The body is light to medium and the color is deceptively dark looking. What separates the Forest Fire from the rest is a pleasant smokiness reminiscent of smoke lingering in the air.The ABV is 6.5% and the IBU is 45.
Saisons are a French style of beer that is open to wide interpretation. This particular beer was created years ago on a whim. It features fresh English mint and limes and will remind you of warmer times, poolside. This beer is refreshingly citrus forward with no hop bitterness. It comes in at 5.2% ABV and a subtle 22 IBU’s.
This is our interpretation of a classic German style wheat beer. It is meant to be cloudy, sessionable and refreshing at 4.7% and with 47 IBU’s. Expect to taste subtle banana and clove spice notes that are derived from this particular yeast strain.
IRISH RED ALE
This is a refreshing ale with a subtle red hue. It has slight malty sweetness, subtle toasted malt flavors and very little hop bitterness. It is very drinkable at 4.0% ABV and 21 IBU’s.
SENECA FALLS PALE ALE
All of the ingredients for this pale ale are sourced within 60 miles of the brewery. The 2 row malts and the Centennial hops are all grown in Seneca Falls, NY. This is a very sessionable ale that features a light hazy body and low hop bitterness. It is 4.6% ABV with 55 IBU’s.
BITTER COLD IPA
IPA’s are a staple within the beer culture. This ale is a throwback to when IPA’s first became popular. It features grapefruit citrusy bitterness and a crisp and refreshing finish. It comes in at 6.1% ABV and a calculated 109 IBU’s.
Featuring Evening Star Roasters coffee, a locally owned company based in Avon, this porter has slight chocolate and smoky notes and finishes with a roasted coffee flavor that was cold brewed in the fermenter. The body is medium and the color is very dark. This beer has an alcohol content of 4.2% ABV and subtle bittering at 32 IBU’s and is served exclusively on nitro.
The color of this beer sets it apart from the others. It has a solid malt back bone that results in a darker bronze hue. It is triple dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra hops, that together create a citrus bouquet that lasts! It is 6.6% ABV and a calculated 110 IBU’s.
This is our lightest, most sessionable beer. It has a lightly sweet malt flavor with very subtle hop bittering and a light, bright golden color. It has 4.6% ABV and 18 IBU’s.
Oaked Bohemian Pilsner
This beer features Galena and Hallertau hops used for their subtle bittering and slight earthy tones. It is aged with oak bourbon barrel staves. The finished beer has a light body, subtle bittering and an oaky, tannic after taste that screams barrel aged bourbon. It is 6.0% ABV and has a low IBU of 38.
This IPA is designed to let the unique hop character of Mosaics shine through. Expect to experience flavors of mango, pine, citrus and herbs, with aromas of tropical and stone fruit. 2-row malt provides a subtle backbone that is light in color. 8.1% ABV and 54 IBU’s.
This is our first collaboration project! This beer will be debuted at the Knight of Beer at the Blue Cross Arena on Saturday March 23. Hiver, French for winter, is a French Saison style featuring a soft, delicate, fruity flavor profile. It has a deep, ruddy red color and very subtle hop bittering. Raise a glass! It comes in at 24 IBU’s and 7.0% ABV, enjoy!.
