SELTZER
RASPBERRY HARD SELTZER (COMING SOON)
A craft brewed hard seltzer featuring 20lbs of red raspberries for a crisp and refreshing flavor and it’s 100% gluten free! 5.3% ABV.
FRUIT PUNCH HARD SELTZER
A craft brewed hard seltzer featuring blended fruits and refreshing flavor and it’s 100% gluten free! 5.6% ABV.
ALE
NORTH END CREAM ALE
This style is widely variable and open to the brewer’s interpretation. Our Cream Ale features a medium body and caramel color. It is sweet with just a slight hop finish. 5.1% ABV and 23 IBUs.
IRISH RED ALE
This is a refreshing ale with a subtle red hue. It has slight malty sweetness, subtle toasted malt flavors and very little hop bitterness. It is very drinkable at 6.0% ABV and 17 IBU’s.
JAMAICAN ME HAPPY CREAM ALE
This cream ale features a medium body, caramel color and is very sweet with just a slight hop finish that is complimented by Evening Star Roaster’s “Jamaican Me Happy” infused roast that is cold brewed in the beer. 5.1% ABV and 23 IBU’s
BELGIAN BLONDE STRONG ALE
This is our newest creation, smooth, light, interesting. The beauty of this recipe is the Belgian yeast strain and the beet sugar used to increase the ABV and flavor the beer. 6.9% ABV and 33 IBU’s

PICKLE FEST GOSE
Brewed to celebrate our 2nd annual Pickle Fest, this beer is dill pickle forward with a subtle saline finish. Light and refreshing. 5.6% ABV and 16 IBUs.
WHEAT
BLACKBERRY WHEAT
This is a refreshing wheat beer with over 13 pounds of blackberries per barrel that impart a refreshing flavor and a subtle purple hue. 5.3% ABV and 29 IBU’s.
IPA
CONESUS LAKE IPA
This traditional IPA has subtle hop bittering and a big citrus finish showcasing the Citra and Azacca hops. This beer is brewed with local 2-row and honey malts and has 42 IBU’s and comes in at 6.6% ABV and 42 IBUs.
SILVERA NEIPA
A New England style IPA featuring New Zealand Southern Cross hops accompanied by Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Denali hops, presents a strong citrus nose up front and finishes with an earthy pine with subtle bitterness rounded out with a light malt character. Coming in at 6.1% ABV and 61 IBU’s.
WET HOP IPA
Our new 2026 wet hop west coast IPA, brewed with cascade and chinook hops from Hopsagon in Livonia. Expect an earthy hop forward taste with subtle malt in the background. 6.4% ABV and 45 IBU’s.

NEW ZEALAND PILSNER LAGER
This is a light, refreshing pilsner that showcases the citrus and floral nature of New Zealand hops. This beer is meant to be light, refreshing and very drinkable. 5.6% ABV and 27 IBU’s.
“WE THE PEOPLE” AMERICAN LAGER
This is a light, refreshing American lager that is brewed with 100% NYS grown malts, cascade, hallertau mittelfruh, and saaz hops. 5.0% ABV and 18IBU’s.
